A $100 deposit for each student is required to hold your child’s space in the program. If full payment has been made and families wish to cancel their enrollment, refunds will be provided based on the following schedule:

• If cancellation request is made at least 30 days prior to camp start date, full refund

• If cancellation request is made at least 15 days prior to camp start date, 50% of paid amount less the $100 deposit non refundable.

• No refunds if cancellation request is made within 2 weeks or less prior to camp start date.
