Tai Sifu Dong
Chief Instructor of Golden Lion
Sifu David Dong is a disciple student of Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong, who is president of the Choy Li Fut - Tai Chi Plum Blossom International Federation. Sifu Dong has been in the Plum Blossom system for over twenty-five years and is a sixth-generation practitioner of both Choy Li Fut and Yang Tai Chi Chuan. He has successfully competed in dozens of local, national, and international tournaments, and he has been featured in Inside Kung Fu and Masters magazines.
Sifu David Dong has dedicated his life, as a fully rounded martial artist, to passing on his knowledge and experience to the
next generation.

Sifu Blanca Hall is a leading Yang style Tai Chi Chuan instructor in the San Francisco Bay Area and Latin America. She is a member of the International Plum Blossom Federation, where she has trained extensively with Lo Si David Dong at Golden Lion Martial Arts Academy and Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong in San Francisco, California.

She teaches with a strong emphasis on the integration of physical, mental, and spiritual wellness, in order to effectively guide her students to experience personal growth, clarity, and healing.

Sifu Cai has been training Choy Li Fut Kung Fu under Tai Sifu Dong for 20 years and been teaching for 15 years in the kung fu studio and different school districs. She has an AA in Eearly Childhood Education and a BA in Child and Adolescent Development.
Sifu Trezza
Kung Fu Instructor
Munzer Dajani began his study of Choy Li Fut in 1984 and has been teaching Choy Li Fut for over 13 years at Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong's School in San Francisco. Munzer Dajani was trained by Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong and Sifu Jason Wong, head instructor at Grandmaster's school in San Francisco.
